Progressive recreational classes that build strength, flexibility, and skills all in a welcoming space where kids grow in confidence and discover what they’re capable of.

Fast paced Ninja classes packed with obstacle courses, climbing, and challenges to devel agility, problem-solving, and all-round athleticism through movement.
SCHOOL PROGRAMS
Engaging sport and movement sessions for students that build coordination, strength, and confidence. Available at our facility or delivered in schools.
